
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to ServiceFlow Systems.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• All setup fees are non-refundable
• Monthly services are billed in advance
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time, services, or features.
Refunds
Due to the nature of automated systems, setup work, and resource allocation:
• All payments are non-refundable once services have been activated
• ServiceFlow Systems does not offer refunds for results not achieved
• No guarantees are made regarding revenue, lead volume, or business outcomes
Refunds may only be issued at the sole discretion of ServiceFlow Systems if explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
• Payment is not received on time
• Terms are violated
• Systems are misused or abused
Suspended services do not qualify for refunds.
Downgrades & Pauses
Requests to pause or downgrade services must be submitted in writing and may be approved at our discretion.
